Explanation

Pillar of Light

Pillar of Light is a phenomenon that leads to the light illuminated the sky like the pillars of heaven shining upwards. It is a visual phenomenon created by the reflection of light from ice crystals near the surface of a horizontal plane parallel. The light can come from the sun, usually occurs at sunset so that this phenomenon is also often referred to as a sun pillar. This phenomenon can also be caused by the moon or from the source of light on Earth (terrestrial) such as street lights.

Pillars of light colors often appear in winter when snow or ice crystals reflect light from a strong source such as the sun or moon. Aided by the cold temperatures, a pillar of light will appear when light bounces off a flat surface of ice crystals that float and are relatively close to the ground. Pillar of light that looked like the feathers of light that extend vertically above or below the light source, or sometimes both. Pillar of light can also be formed from artificial light sources such as street lights, car lights, or strong light source from the ice skating rink. When viewed from a distance, a pillar of light would look like aurora.

Aided by abundant ice crystals formed during a European cold snap, these light pillars--like other trumpet-shaped pillars--may have been formed by long, thin crystals, rather than the horizontal crystal plates that form the more spike-like light pillars, according to physicist Les Cowley.

BAD HOLIDAY

Why my holiday is really really bad?

In my first week holiday, I went to school in a several day to finished a "mathematic's problem". I studied everyday on that week to make sure that I can do the test very well. The test was coming and I was a little bit nerveous but still ready to do the test... And the test began. I did it well, but I was not sure for a few number. When I finished, I give my paper to Mr. Tasripin after the time was up and I waited for the result with my friend and never stopped praying. Mr. Tasripin called my name and he asked me to go to the class. He explained how my work was and finally my test was successful. ALHAMDULILLAH.

In my second week holiday(Hmmm this is last week right?), I felt so happy, so relax because I didn't need to think about "MATH" again. In another side, I felt so bored because I was lonely at home, no I was not. I was with my maid. Yeah so sad:( It happened because my family went to Bromo Mountain to have a vacation and left me alone at home because I needed to do that mathematic's problem. 4 Days I was so lonely at home and didn't know what should I do. So I decided to go outside. I went to mall and playing mini soccer with my friend. And in 3 last day I did my gamtek's assignment. I did it well. That's All my holiday. What do you think? Was that good? OF COURSE NOT. Thanks for watching.
